Melanie Chandler was born January 24th, 1975(thought she probably would’ve liked if I said 1985 instead). She grew up with her parents Brenda and David Rowe, sister Tabitha Holt, and brother Jonathan Rowe. Melanie was full of life and had a very big personality, letting everyone around her know that she was the brightest light in every room.
