Melanie's obituary

Melanie Chandler was born January 24th, 1975(thought she probably would’ve liked if I said 1985 instead). She grew up with her parents Brenda and David Rowe, sister Tabitha Holt, and brother Jonathan Rowe. Melanie was full of life and had a very big personality, letting everyone around her know that she was the brightest light in every room. She grew up with a passion for song and sang her heart out throughout her life. As she grew into her own person, she met David Reynolds. They got married and they had three lovely kids together during their marriage. First she was blessed with Christian, though she never got enough time to be with him. She said that often. However, she wasn’t left alone to grieve, as she had already had her beautiful daughters Sage and Jade Reynolds. She’d also remarried to Mattew Gordin and had two fiercely loyal boys, Mason and Seth Gordin. She went through life, holding the weight of every problem with a smile on her face. She loved life, and everyone that was willing to experience it with her. She’d finally felt total calm in her soul when she married Frank Perry, and did her best to squeeze all of her love into the few years they were able to have together. She had to say goodbye far too soon, and spent the rest of her life mourning over what could’ve been. Melanie struggled intensely with her personal problems, but always had plenty of room and empathy for the people in her life. She married Dan Chandler, who was able to help her find herself again. She let everyone know how much love she had in her heart for them, until her untimely passing at the age of 47 on December 7th, 2022. She will be dearly missed by every soul that was lucky enough to know her, and she will leave a piece of herself in each of our hearts. We can all rest easy at night knowing that she is truly happy and looking down on each one of us with fondness and love.
