I cannot tell you how sad my family and I are to hear that Matt passed away.  He was so very kind and just the nicest guy.  He did carpentry jobs for myself and my family and friends and everyone was so pleased to have him do work for them and to deal with his gentle kind personality.  This one hurts.  I know from talking to him over the years that he was struggling with illness, but he never let on or told me until I shared some heart issues I was having with him.  He was a hard worker.  I am so sorry to his family for their profound loss.  Rest in peace Matt!  You are truly missed! Matt was selfless to everyone he came into contact with in every single situation Matt truly was special. His presence was positive approachable and would help anyone either with guidance, work, support or a GOOD LAUGH. He didn’t deserve the disease that hurt him so much for so long but always wanted the best for me his pumpkin and his family and friends even strangers. Quoted from Matt “i never wanted my buddies left behind.” He is my whole heart and a true friend and father to my kids and grandpa MATT. You were taken too soon. “ I wish we could have met earlier so I could have loved you longer!  

Matt, you made everyone around you smile you gave them great memories I am honored to have known you rest in peace.
