Mary C Montanez, civic leader, mother of three children, passed away peacefully surrounded by family August 15, 2024 in Mesa, AZ. Mary was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico July 5, 1927. Mary was married to the late Gustavo Montanez; US Army WWII POW Veteran June 19, 1948. She is survived by her two daughters Sally Cortright and Patricia Thompson and her son David Montanez.
