Born on October 29, 1976, in Cauayan, Isabela, Mary Grace L. Samonte's early years laid the foundation for her accomplishments. She started her educational journey at St. Xavier Montessori School and later transferred to Nan Sing Chinese School, where she demonstrated academic excellence.
