Rob Jones

May not be "fun" but Martyn and I (Rob Jones) in our lateish teens took the train from Northwood station to London's Carnaby Street where we both bought a long Afghan coat. We returned to Marytn's house, proudly wearing the coats. His Mum came to the door, took one look at us and in a voice (if you knew Martyn's Mum you would not argue with) told Marytn he was not coming in the house with that on and told us to go back and return the coats. So .... back on the train to Carnaby Street. I think we got our money back ... but I'm not quite sure !!
Olivia sent me her Tidal Artworks 2025 calendar which I replaced with a 2026 calendar ....but I have put it back as a reminder of a very dear friend.....
