We’ve been asked by friends and family how best to help us at this time. We never know what to say. While my dad never had much want for anything in particular in life, he did always want a rocking party to go out on. Fleetwood Mac, he would say, better be playing at my funeral. And while I’m told Mick Fleetwood and Stevie Nicks have other obligations this weekend, we’d all like to give our dad as fun of a farewell as we can. Personally, I’d take every flower out there, but if you aren’t a flower type of person, and still would like to pitch in to something that would make Marty’s last party one to remember, consider donating as much or as little as you’d like.
