Background
On the morning of Wednesday April 7th, mom was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. She suffered multiple strokes due to several blood clots in her blood vessels. The only means of survival was to do cranial surgery to relieve the swelling. However, as time progressed her doctors did not believe this to be an option, as mom's brain continued to swell. Doctors felt that mom would not survive surgery, and it would cause more harm than good. Dad and I decided to have mom on Comfort Measures Only. Immediate family was able to say their goodbyes throughout the day. Her two children, me and my brother, were at her side during her passing. Mom was peaceful, and was not in any pain or distress. She slipped away on 4/9/21 10:35PM to be with God and her late Father, Domingo -- We love you Mom.
