Marcia Renee’ Payne was born to the union of Robert Norman New and Charlesetta Lynn on January 29, 1956. She was the youngest of their two daughters. Renee’ graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1974. Renee’ accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior when she was nine years old and was baptized at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. She later joined Union Baptist Church when she was eleven years old and continued to be …
