Marcella "Marcie" Corpening, a loving and generous soul, passed away on April 23, 2023. Marcie was born on January 2, 1928, in Emporia, KS, one of five children of Emil Herman and Minnie (Foerster) Hitzeman. Marcie was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and her son, Jerry Corpening.
Marcie is survived by her devoted son, Kenny Corpening, her cherished granddaughter, Amanda Noel (Eric), and two great-granddaughters. She also leaves countless nieces, nephews, and cherished …
