Marc was born on December 12th, 1954 to Donna and Robert Fullhart in Coos Bay. At the age of 21, he worked as a janitor for Reedsport High School. After that, he worked at Western Craft, a box company in Tigard. Returning home, he took a position with International Paper in Gardiner, Oregon where he served in the control room for over 20 years. In 1972, he met Lisa Smiley, and they wed in 1976, going on to have three children, Autumn, Amber, and Brittany. Marc was an entrepreneur and hard-working, building his own fire suppression system business and managing several rental properties in the community.

Marc was a sportsman and an expert at the BBQ grill. He had a lifelong passion for golf and was a frequent hunter and fisherman. One of the greatest joys in his life was sharing food and drink with friends and family. He loved vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and often shared this time with his parents. While in Cabo; they enjoyed meals with friends at their usual spots, a sleepy piano bar, marlin fishing, and his favorite, pool volleyball. Marc was a generous soul and he is dearly missed.

Marc was predeceased by grandparents Teresa & Everett Abbott, Elaine & Robert Fullhart Sr., parents Robert & Donna Fullhart. He is survived by his siblings, Don Fullhart, and Betsy Furlott, and his daughters Autumn Adams, Amber Reynolds, Brittany Fullhart, four grandchildren, and loving partner Terri Edison. A celebration of life is scheduled for June 27, 2021.
