Marc was born on December 12th, 1954 to Donna and Robert Fullhart in Coos Bay. At the age of 21, he worked as a janitor for Reedsport High School. After that, he worked at Western Craft, a box company in Tigard. Returning home, he took a position with International Paper in Gardiner, Oregon where he served in the control room for over 20 years.
