Dear Sarita, Lakeisha, Tammi, and Nicole,
I was deeply heartbroken to hear about Aunt Lynette’s passing, and I want you all to know that my family and I are here for you during this difficult time. Please don’t hesitate to lean on us for support, whether it’s a phone call, a listening ear, or anything else you might need.
Aunt Lynette held such a special place in my heart. I have so many fond memories of the last time she came to Philly to spend time with Grandma and me. Those visits were filled with her warmth and laughter, and the love she brought into our home was something I’ll always cherish. Whether we were sharing stories, enjoying meals together, or simply sitting and talking, her presence made everything brighter.
Her kindness and grace touched everyone who knew her, and she was such a loving and vibrant person. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing how much she meant to so many of us and how deeply she will be missed.
Grief is never easy, but please remember that you are not alone. My family, my mother, and my sister are keeping you all in our prayers, and we’re sending you strength, love, and our deepest sympathy. Aunt Lynette’s legacy lives on in all of you, and I hope that her love and the wonderful memories you shared bring you some peace in the days ahead.
With love and heartfelt condolences,
Donald Wharton
