Lynette Audrey Munroe nee Walcott (affectionately known as Lyn/ Grace) was born on October, 9th 1947 at Hague West Coast Demerara, Guyana.
Lynette attended Wismar Primary School and then advanced to the Mc Kenzie High School. She graduated from the Cyril Potter College of Education in 1979, where she pursued a major in Home Economics and minor in English.
