Mrs. Lucy H. Kramer, age 87, of Cedar Crossing, died Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Oxley Park Health and Rehab in Lyons after an extended illness. She was born April 21, 1936, in Toombs County and was a 1953 graduate of Toombs Central School. She married her husband and moved to Bloomingdale where they lived several years. She worked in Bloomingdale at Patrick’s Market where she played catcher for the company softball team. She returned …
