Louis Albert Noel, Jr. passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. He was admitted two days prior for chest pains, but was expected to go home after the weekend. Sadly, a heart valve tore during a heart attack Sunday night and he passed quickly, with one of his sons beside him.
