There’s not much more that I can add. Lonnie was a wonderful brother. It’s brothers and sisters like him that make me want to be better. I want to be there when they wake up and enjoy life with them again. I love you Shirley. You and your family are in my prayers.
Jan and I are so sorry for your loss Shirley. Lonnie was indeed a very kind and loving Brother who always had encouraging things to say.

Shirley, I wish it was under better circumstances, but it was so good to see you today. I look forward to the day when all of us, including Lonnie will be fully alive and entirely healthy, and enjoying life like we never had before. I will miss Lonnie’s smile until then! Love you! Linda Meriweather
There are few brothers, that have made such a profound impact on my life, Lonnie was one of them. A brother that seemed to have the strength of ten men, but the gentle compassion , and love of a hundred. He always seem to have the right words to say at the right time, with a smile that was genuine, even when he was in pain. He was faithful to the end. So although he will be deeply missed while he sleeps, until I see him again, I will celebrate his victory in running this race for everlasting life, to the finish.

“ Lonnie was Truly a Very Close, Dear Friend, and Buddy !
He was always ready and willing to help, even when He wasn’t feeling well. He was such a Patient and Kind Friend. A True Lover of Jehovah. We Enjoyed serving our
Grand Creator, Jehovah together. And had many Good Times. I know that He is just sleeping peacefully for a short time. I am Greatly looking forward to Greeting Him Very Soon, In the Promised Resurrection, Living in Paradise Forever. Very Soon I will Enjoy His Wonderful Laughter Again !!! “
My heart and prayers go out to you Shirley and your family. Lonnie was truly loved as he showed love for us all. I loved listening to him read. He filled the room with his enthusiasm and joy. He made me feel like I was special to him as he did everyone of us. I can't wait to see him in paradise when he will no longer be "maintaining" but will be enjoying life to the full. My love to you and yours as we look forward to that time soon to come.
Shirley, I knew your "DAD" through your loving eyes and comments. Jehovah provided you and your sons a wonderful example of His love and care. I know you miss him terribly, but relieved that he's no longer suffering. "Imagine the Time when there's no more pain, when life is good and we are young again"
He's resting now. He's finished the course and you will see him soon. I know its hard but as the Watchtower said look straight ahead
