Lita May Newman, 91, died Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in her home from natural causes. Lita was under hospice care for Alzheimer's dementia about 3 months prior to her death, Lita died peacefully in her sleep.
She leaves behind her son, Gary Hand and brother Carl Cox; granddaughters Tracie Vallem, Lelia Walker, Susie Taylor and grandsons Stefan McDonald, J.R. Hand., nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, O.B. (d.1961) and Rosemary …
