Just learning of Lisa's passing. We did West Side Story together at Alfred University. I wished I had stayed in touch with her and I looked for her for years. I remember going to visit her in Geneva (I think it was). She was one of the kindest persons I have ever known. That laugh! That talent! I regret not keeping in touch with you, Lisa. Rest in peace, sweetheart.  My condolences to the family. Cancer sucks!!!

This is a lovely tribute to a beautiful soul.  We were saddened to hear of Lisa's passing and many memories through our school years in Geneva and how proud she was to graduate from Alfred and begin her nursing career.  Condolences to Janine and her daughter Lydia and hope you can find comfort in the memories and each other.

Dear Lydia and Janine,

I am just so sorry for the loss of your sweet Mom and Your Sister. She was a radiantly positive person and this so very very sad.  You both are loved.

I am so sorry to hear of Lisa's passing, and send my condolences to Janine and Lydia. She was a true gem in our nursing profession, and always a joy to work with.  Beautiful smile, beautiful laugh, beautiful person. She touched all of us with her empathy, caring and skill. May wonderful memories comfort you in your grief.
I loved working with Lisa! Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, wry sense of humor, and ability to communicate clearly are just a few of the  traits I will always remember and  treasure.

My heart goes out to you Janine and Lydia. I remember Lisa in my growing years as my bestie's big sister. Lisa was always so gentle and calm, had the sweetest smile and she had the cutest laugh.  And what a singing voice! Beautiful! I will be praying for you Janine and Lydia as you work through your grief and loss. My heartfelt sympathies.
A beautiful lady gone to soon 💕 Such a beautiful tribute of a selfless kind woman that made a difference for so many people over the span of her lifetime. I know your Uncle Mike (Brian) greeted  Lisa with open arms and pride for all the years of service she gave to the world of medicine. Bruce and I send our love and prayers to Janine and Lydia 🙏💕🙏

My condolences to Lisa's family. I first met Lisa on the oncology ward at CHOP. We forged a relationship from the beginning which grew immensely as both of us loved to educate to help the healthcare workforce of the future. Lisa was instrumental in our first launch of the Simulation Facilitator Workshop at CHOP in 2009. I also remember when Lydia came into your life. Her joy beamed and I will never forget the excitement and love. Lisa I will never forget your laughs and genuineness nature. You touched everyone <3 Lisa, you will be missed!
Lisa was a strong and beautiful person. Her love for her family was apparent in all she did. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with her and learned so much. I am holding Lydia and Janine in my heart and wish you comfort in the many happy memories you shared with Lisa.

What a lovely tribute to Lisa. She was one of the kindest souls I’ve have the good fortune to know. We laughed together,  cried together, talked about all sorts of wonderful and awful things and everything in between.  Her love for Lydia and her family was always easy to see. I loved being her friend. I’m so glad I had the chance to know such an amazing human. She gave the best hugs too. She will be missed.

I’m so sorry for your loss.
