Lionel Balcom, affectionately known as “Chuck,” passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, surrounded by his family and beloved dog, Chance. He was 75.
Born in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, to Pearl Zetta (Weidenhoff) and Lionel Charles Balcom, Chuck moved to Orange County, California, in 1981 and, in 1991, settled in Aguanga, where he became an active member of his church and found passion in his …
