Leeah Lynne Tolbert, 29, of Clear Fork, Va. Passed away on April 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Clear Fork, Virginia on July 22, 1990. She was a very compassionate and loving person with a wonderful sense of humor, who appreciated nature and loved being outdoors. She had a special way with animals, especially horses, and she often enjoyed horseback riding. She was a wonderful mother to her son, Levi Meadows, whom she loved, cherished, and adored. She was loved by all of her family and friends and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Stella Joyce Tolbert and William Jake Tolbert; uncle William David Tolbert; and cousin Kayla Maren Shelton. She is survived by her parents Pamela Beth Shelton Tolbert and Edward Ray Tolbert, VA; son Levi Jake Meadows and his father Ronald Keith "Jake" Meadows; sister Ashleigh Hope Dickerson, VA; maternal grandparents Donald and Brenda Epperson, WV; uncle Allen Keith Tolbert, VA; uncle Robert Lee Shelton II, WV; Aunt Jamie Lynne Epperson and Keith Luke Demarr II, WV; nephews Aiden Jake Dickerson and Owen King, VA; cousin Megan Allyce Shelton, TX; cousin John David Tolbert, VA; cousin Travis Mathew Tolbert, VA; cousin Jacob Tolbert, VA; and a host of great aunt's and uncles and extended family members. Services to be determined at a later date.
