Leeah Lynne Tolbert, 29, of Clear Fork, Va. Passed away on April 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Clear Fork, Virginia on July 22, 1990. She was a very compassionate and loving person with a wonderful sense of humor, who appreciated nature and loved being outdoors. She had a special way with animals, especially horses, and she often enjoyed horseback riding. She was a wonderful mother to her son, Levi Meadows, whom …
