I am not good with words, I am a member of the Free Baptist Church in Waterboro and I had the pleasure and honor to know both your mom and dad. I enjoyed your mom at the woman's retreat and we laughed so much!! I knew her first, then when she became ill, I saw the love and compassion and faith your dad has and was able to know him. I was amazed at his faith and knowledge. He remains to me, a figure in our church and I still see him sitting in his pew, listening intently and his caring for other people. I myself, will miss him as I miss the laughter that your mom and I shared...
Heaven is getting sweeter all the time! Our world has lost a great friend. My life has been challenged and changed for good and for God’s glory. Few men walk into your life with such love as did this dear man. God knows just what we need to shape us into the people He wants us to be. Larry was just the one that I needed to have in my life, he was truly a God-sent blessing. May we never forget the great investment he made into our lives. Dear ones, your loss is far greater than I can imagine. God has made many rich by him, you are the richest of all. Prayers and blessings to each of you. Pastor Storey
So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family especially Meri and David Hatch. Many fond memories sharing holiday meals. With family.
