Laurie was gifted with depth and delight. A few years ago, on a day when Lee was helping his mom with some paperwork, Laurie and I got to sit in a nearby lobby and chat for a while. We batted around how to maintain good relationships with people whose strong beliefs differ.  She commented quietly that she felt it was important to focus on commonalities. As for delight, one example might be how much she appreciated the work Star Gazing Farm does.
