Background
Mom always dreamed of owning a farm someday. (More specifically, a farm that would run itself!) It was a frequent topic of conversation for us--which local farms were for sale, what animals we would house, how we would build a big wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and bench swings. While mom was never able to live out this fantasy of ours, she was at least able to visit the farm animals at Star Gazing Farm Animal Sanctuary--a nearby farm I volunteered at every weekend in high school, of which my mom was always very fond. These donations will go towards the care and facilities of several farm animals rescued from poor conditions, under the loving care of Farmer Ann. Thank you.
