Larry was one of a kind! He saved me on many occasions with a variety of old cars over the 30 years I knew him! He would let me make payments on repairs when he knew my money was tight. Always loved to talk politics with Larry even when we sometimes disagreed. He was a true gentleman and I'll miss him terribly. Glad we had our last good bye and could tell him how much I loved and appreciated him.❤️

I'm pretty emotional upon hearing this--Larry called me often over the years and just before he passed. We had a chance to remember some fun times and the hard work we did together. I told him I loved him and he told me me that he loved me too--two tough guys admitting our bond and love for one another. Larry and I had more fun than any two Grown Men should have ever had. Fast cars, hard work, shoot outs (really), aggressive business marketing and millions in transactions. I would call him to tell him I was coming to pick up inventory, I can remember him Saying "Brucie how fast can you make it downtown"--I said 11 minutes or less--he would time me.. I just loved the Man and we had a lot of mutual respect for each other.  If I needed inventory he would say come and get it--and then he would throw more in--I would say that's more than I ordered and he would always reply "Brucie, inventory never hurts you".. We would buy cars together just because it was slow that week.. We would meet constantly for coffee and lunches--I was just a young kid and he extended me credit (in the hundreds of thousands) and I was off to the races--we drove 18 wheelers together, ran route trucks with tires for sale all over Missouri and Kansas.. We became very close and as I moved on into other business ventures he would always revel in hearing about my new adventures and success--he cared.. He nicknamed me "wildman" but as I grew up he knew I had grown into a serious business Man and he would always always take my calls for no other reason than to catch up and talk out of respect for each other. I liked Larry and always enjoyed hearing him pick up the phone--he was the BEST phone salesman ever--he brought people in and he was always nice to everybody. For me--this is a tough loss and a grown Man is crying today.. I miss you Brother and hope I will see you again one day.
