Lady Hawk was a very special bird.  Brought into Tamarack for treatment in 1991, it was eventually deemed that she was non-releasable.   As a young non-releasable bird, her charisma led to the addition of education as a mission at Tamarack.  She paved the way for many more species to become ambassadors in the years that followed.   For 31 years Lady Hawk captured the hearts of anyone who met her.  Through education programs and events she …
