I think of Chris often and can’t believe it’s been a year already! He was a beautiful person and a great friend of mine and Brett! He will always be remembered!

Rest In Peace my friend💔
I met Kris in 1st grade. From the moment I met him; Kris was hard core, balls to the wall, 110% all of the time! It was one of the many reasons why Terry Arnold and I love him so much. His mischievous giggle, alerting us that we were about to get in trouble. His fearless attitude, pushing us to hit the jump or shred the fresh powder not knowing what rocks or ice or downed tree we may hit. His sweet intentions making sure I knew how beautiful my pregnant belly was as he offered me a pint of Cherry Garcia ice cream. Reminding me that I was lucky to have Terry’s love and how important it was that I return his love ten fold. His never ending loyalty always having our back, even when we were wrong. All of this made him unique, special, one of a kind. He was unapologetic and a straight up bad ass. His life may have been short but it was well lived and he lived it on his own terms.
I am heartbroken that we allowed so many years to pass without reconnecting and that we never took our boys snowboarding together. I take comfort in knowing that Kris found true love in the eyes of his son Aiden. Kris will always live in our hearts, we will think of you often, take shots of Jameson for you on St Pattys day, and always be here if Aiden ever needs us. The next time a bird shits on our shoulder or we get hit by a ball from behind we will know it is you pulling a prank on us from above. ❤️

I am at a complete loss for words!! Kris was like a big brother to me! I can remember a time when I was at Oberon and some kids were picking on me and my brother and Kris and Bert and Jason and I think it was Jamie they all showed up at the school to personally give those kids a message and to pick me up! I remember being so embarrassed but was secretly like hell yeah lol that is one of many memories I will forever keep in my heart!!! My heart hurts for the family and my prayers are with you all for fast healing!!
