Kimberly Charise Baxter was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 11, 1960, to Nordean and Gloria Baxter. Rev. Nordean Baxter preceded Kimberly in death in 2012. Kimberly was the second oldest of five children.
The Baxter family relocated to San Jose, California in 1972. She attended Hogue Middle School in San Jose and graduated from Camden High School in 1977. She went on to attend Chapman College in Southern California where she majored in communications. …
