Kim Susan (Perkins) Williams, 68, passed peacefully on Friday, March 29th, 2024, after a sudden illness at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, with her children by her side. Kim was born on March 29th, 1956, in Beloit, Kansas, to Delbert “Max” Perkins and Margaret Ann (Utt) Perkins. Kim “Perky” Williams grew up in Colby, Kansas, graduated from Colby High School in 1974, and later attended classes at Colby Community College. She lived …
