Healing Space in Remembrance of Kevin - Thank You Joe Annis www.healingspacesmn.org

Cathy, I never knew Kevin, but I have known and appreciated you for for nearly two decades. My heart goes out to you and your family. It has been a tough, long couple of years. I prayed for you through it. Love your pictures. You have a special family. All my love,

Mark DuVal

I'm so sorry we won't be able to attend.  We hold you all in our hearts and are praying for peace for each of you.  With our love, Lisa.
I am so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. I still remember our families cheering on the Green Bay Packers to their Super Bowl victory! He was always a joy to be around. Wishing you peace and comfort.

I was heartbroken to hear about Kevin’s passing. He had a profound impact on my life, more than I can fully express. Growing up, he wasn’t just a coach in every sport I played—he was a mentor, a role model, and a constant source of encouragement. He taught me so much, not just about the game, but about life.

Every visit to your house was a reminder of what genuine love and warmth feel like. Kevin had a way of making everyone feel welcome. I’ll always remember his excitement to share his latest project—he was endlessly creative and truly ahead of his time. His energy was infectious, and his love for your family was something beautiful to witness.

I’m deeply saddened by his passing, but I take comfort in knowing that his presence will continue to be felt for years to come. He was an incredible man, and I feel lucky to have known him.

Please know that I’m here for you, and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Much love, Ian

2012, Barcelona, Spain
In 2012 the Krier's headed to Spain for several weeks of fun and adventure.  In their infinite generosity, they said - pick a week and join us!  So Max and I flew over to join them for a week in Barcelona.  We had the best time - the sites, the food, the playtime - it was fantastic.  One day our plans were modified as we woke up to a city-wide strike.  No buses, taxis or restaurants.  So we pivoted and walked over to the beach, as did half the city - it was crowded!  Cathy, Kevin and I were very quickly aware that about 80-90% of the beachgoers were naked.  We had the biggest laughs just waiting for the boys - Kole (age 9) & Max (age 6) to notice all the naked people, but not a single question out of those two!  It was hysterical.   So many happy memories - will miss you dearly Kevin!

I have fond memories of the krier family back at St. Matthew in Milwaukee.

Be aware of my thoughts and prayers. Peace be with you. Fr. Bob Betz

I remember when you guys took me and Merrissa to Florida and it was such an awesome vacation we had with y'all. I remember getting to our room at the resort and Uncle Kevin had farted so loud and immediately said something like “you heard that must be a duck quacking in here”. The fart definitely sounded like a duck quacking and I thought that was so funny at the time and i remember I just couldn’t stop laughing. I had never heard that joke before and now I use that joke to this day. To me that’s who Uncle Kevin was always joking around having a good time trying to share some laughs. I’m sorry you never got to meet my son Unc but i will make sure to  pass your joke down to him as you did with me so we can share some laughs together.

Love, MoMo

Kevin was my partner in crime announcing American Legion baseball games a few years ago. The smile never left his face as he selected walk-up tunes for the players.

He also coached my son in basketball for two seasons. You could feel the genuine care he had for each of the kids.

Kevin will truly be missed.
