Kenneth Carl Dover (K.C.) 71, of Evington, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020. He was born April 10th, 1949 in Statesville, North Carolina to William and Mary (Currance) Dover. K.C. became an Eagle Scout at the young age of 13 in South Carolina. He enlisted in the Army right out of high school in 1968 and completed basic training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
