Our prayers are with the Sullivan family.  Kelcy was an amazing individual.  Strength, courage and her willingness to take on life's trials with fortitude and conviction was a lesson she taught everyone who knew her.  She will be missed by many and loved by all she met.  Much love from the Short Family.

I enjoyed getting to know Kelcy while she lived across from us in Moorpark. Her bravery astounded me! I wish I could have spent more time with her. But I’m glad to know she isn’t suffering anymore. She went thru too much.
