Kelcy Lynn Becker, 34, of Moorpark, CA, passed away on April 24, 2023, surrounded by her family after a brave and courageous battle with metastaic breast cancer. Kelcy grew up in Moorpark, CA, graduating from Moorpark High School in 2006. She eventually moved to Virginia Beach, VA for 10 years and moved back home last summer. Kelcy earned her B.A. degree in the medical field which enabled her to run a medical lab for Sentara …
