Mr. Keith “Tootsie Cowart, age 71, of Lyons, died Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida after a sudden illness. He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County and worked at Mar-Key Foods in Vidalia for thirty-eight years, retiring as plant manager.
