Kathe was very much a "come as you are" person. Her wedding in 2008 to Rocco was held at pool hall they both frequented. Both of them were wearing goofy hats, as was mandated for all their guests. Among those that attended, flannel and plaid were perhaps the most common attire. All this to say, she wasn't much for formalism, and would expect that if you attended her celebration of life, you would come as you are.
