So sorry to hear about your loss. Carla was a great women and you were all great neighbors to us through all the years in  fir terrace. A little anecdote for you all. When I was at Ballou junior high Carla was a paraeducator in one of my classes. One time during a test I was so tired I fell asleep. Being neighbors she had my back and kicked my ankle to wake me up so wouldn't get in trouble and could finish my test. All she did was give me a look but she never said a word to anyone. Will never forget that.

My condolences to Karla's family. Karla’s mother Ruth was my great aunt. I attended a family reunion in Washington back in the 80’s and met many of these family members for the first time. They were so welcoming and kind, good memories. Thinking of you all.

My heart is sad for your loss and my sister, Linda Davenport,  I didn't know Karla as a close friend - but I always enjoyed being around her and talking with her when I was either in Washington or Arizona.  Karla was like being around sunshine I always felt comfortable in her presence and she always brought laughter and good advice.  She will be more than missed!

May her light always shine in your hearts and the memories you have and the laughter she gave to you give healing and peace as the years go by.

I am heartbroken for Logan, Lindsay, and families. 💔

Frank, Logan, Lindsay and Sandi, I am so very sad to hear this terrible news. Please know you are all in my prayers. If there is anything we can do to support you, please let us know. I had countless childhood adventures with Karla. ❤️Sending love-

Jill (Nicholson) Mackie

My condolences to Karla's  family, my heart is so sad. Karla was my childhood friend and neighbor. My sister Kathy, Karla and Terri hung out in our little sweet neighborhood on 6th street, in Puyallup. The girls, most of the time, let me hang out with them 😌 even with me being couple years younger  I thought that was amazing. They gave me a nick name ‘Nita drink water’ or Nita  , I still have the nick name Nita today. Those memories I have of our wonderful days playing Wagon Train on 6th street, come to mind often  and I will always treasure that.

Words cannot express the sorrow I am feeling for you, Frankie, Logan and Lindsey.  My love to you all!  ZenaBeth
Oh my goodness. I’m so so sorry to hear this. Such sad news. She was such a sweet kind and loving woman who loved her daughters and grandkids beyond. I was her hairstylist here in surprise. And I just did her hair not too long ago. My deepest sympathies to her family! She would always light up whenever she talked about her two daughters, and grandkids where I felt like I knew them even though I never met them. My heart goes out to her family. She was very loved.
