Karen loved playing cards and always had a smile on her face, no matter how bad she was feeling. I will miss her very much. Just thinking about her brings a smile to my face. My deepest condolences, Ramon, to you and your family.

Ramon, sorry for your loss. Karen was such a fun lady. She and I started cards together at the amenity center at WC. I also met you and Karen the mailboxes. You were so devoted to each other. Please remember how much you meant to each other.

Tucker and I are so sorry Ramon. Karen was such a special person… always pleasant, always caring, always fun. Her loss must be so very difficult for you. Others have said many beautiful things about her - Karen would be happy to know that she touched so many lives. GRACIAS por todo el cariño y generosidad, especialmente cuando en el año 1997 me recibieron en su casa de Indianapolis, para que yo tuviera la oportunidad de aprender inglés. Fueron unos meses maravillosos. Ver el otoño, el invierno, recuerdo cuando desde el bello cuarto que me prepararon ví por primera vez la nieve. Karen cuando me llevaba en el carro, era una maestra perfecta, me hacía repetir una y otra la pronunciación en inglés de las palabras que más me costaban.
Fuimos a Iowa, a las bodas de oro del tío de Karen, a conciertos al aire libre, viñedos, zoológico de Indianapolis, Chicago y vimos River Dance...
Momentos inolvidables y un crecimiento personal y cultural. Gracias, gracias, gracias!!! Siempre agradecida ❤️

I met Karen at Jan and Adriana's wedding and connected right away to her upbeat energy. Sending all her family my best wishes for strength and faith during this time.
