Julie Marie Scarbrough-Smith passed away in Ocala, FL on September 20, 2025. She was born to Donald and Alyce Scarbrough on April 26, 1958 in Cadillac, Mi, the eighth of eleven children. Julie earned a Master Gardener certificate from Michigan State University and always grew beautiful flowers. Julie also loved animals, especially cats and horses. When she was a teenager her parents bought her a horse named Jude that she loved and enjoyed for many …
