Oh my oh my….

My condolences goes out to her family. I just heard today when I visited her practice and it took me by surprise. All I felt was a gush of tears running down my cheeks when talking to her former coworker. 

Julie you were a sweet soul and a very caring person. Your presence lights up any room and I can attest to this as it doesn’t matter how much pain I’m feeling, as soon as you walk in my room I felt a sigh of relief from my pain. 

You are greatly missed, one of the best dr I’ve come across. Sleep on in peace my birthday twin. 

Julie was such a light I never knew how much of an impact she could have on me when I first met her when I began volunteering at Brooklyn Methodist. Not only was she the funniest person ever, always having me laugh throughout my short 4 hour shifts, but she was also so supportive and encouraging to me as a high school student just trying to get some exposure to the healthcare field. She always reminded me how much she believed in me and told me how proud of me she was years after I finished volunteering as we remained connected through socials. I wish I could tell her how much I appreciated her, how proud I was of her for having accomplished all she did, and how I miss her beautiful smile and laugh.

I would do anything to hear your voice memos, your crazy laugh, and you cursing me out for no reason. You are the funniest person I ever knew. When I think of miner five, all i think about is you and your shenanigans. I am blessed to have you as bfaw through those years. Even on the hardest days, you always found something to joke about and bring a light to all of us. Julie, i love you and i miss you. Rest in peace baby girl 🙏🏻
