Katharina Juliana (Julie) Tomelty, 80, of Rogue River, Oregon, passed away on April 12, 2022 after a battle to recover from a stroke and Covid.
Julie was a survivor from beginning to end. Born during wartime in Germany in 1941 to Katharina Zepp of Manheim, and Max Renaux, a German citizen of Northern France descent. Losing both parents to the war, Julie was orphaned at three years old and was raised by nuns until the …
