She was born Oct 2, 1948 in Greenfield, IN to Donald and Albertine (Campbell) Strange. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was retired from Reebok. Joyce and her loving husband planted roots in Pendleton, IN where they were residents for 36 years …
