Our beautiful Mother, Joyce Winifred Welch-Daft, passed away at the age of 75 on Friday March 14, 2025, in Kingwood WV. She was born on October 29, 1949, in Morgantown to the late Donaldeen and Robert Welch.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved her family and dogs unconditionally and fiercely and her kindness couldn’t be matched. She was the type of person that never knew a stranger and could strike …
