Joyce E. Rayburn, 93, of Ashland, Kentucky, died January 8,2022 in Woodland Oaks Health Care following a brief illness. She was born in Ashland, Kentucky the daughter of the late Charles F. and Ethel Wheeler Powers. Joyce was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening and sewing. Joyce attended Ashland High School. She was a caring compassionate friend to all who knew her. She attended Pollard Baptist Church for years and served as a Sunday School Teacher and …
