A  fine lady with a great heart for everyone she came across ❤.

Was my supervisor and tennis partner at Survival Technology in Bethesda,  I roomed with her wonderful son in Burtonsville MD.  An excellent cook with top Italian meals andw a great host together with husband.

Rest in Peace Joe.  You will for ever be appreciated and  missed.

What a beautiful and classy Friend Jo was.  She was full of life and love and found the good in everyone.  She was so proud of her family.  What an angel heaven is welcoming.

Sympathy to all her beautiful family!

My prayers and sympathy to the entire Piccone family.
God Bless, Carol

Jo was a dear friend. We shared many fun times together. She was one very special lady!  May she now be forever in the loving embrace of the merciful Lord.
I worked with her many years ago, she was one of the finest people I have the great pleasure to know. She was kind to all and always had a special smile that made you feel good inside. She will be missed by a great deal of people.
To Jo family my since condolences. I knew from our days at Survival Technology, and she was just a special Lady! Kind, caring and totally dedicated her work and the company mission. My life was enriched by my time around her. She made the world a better place and we will certainly miss he gentle hand on all she touched.
Don & Shelia - so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a great lady. May God comfort you and your family during this time of loss. She is with Jesus now and having a great time. Love and prayers, Jan & Bob

Aunt Jo was an unrelenting spark of life with an innate beauty. Displayed an immeasurable  dose of charisma wherever life would take her. I loved being around her. She lit up our world.
