It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph “Vic” Williams, age 70, of Yorktown, Virginia, on January 20. A native of Eastern North Carolina, Vic devoted his life to family, service, and embracing life’s simple joys.
Vic proudly served 24 years in the United States Air Force as a personnel specialist, retiring with honors. Following his military career, he continued his dedication to service at Langley Air Force Base, retiring from …
