Dr Joe a great friend an awesome healer of both body and mind always mentoring me to be a better person by practicing what he preached. Always there for anyone in need. Itasca is sad without my friend Dr. Joe.

I met Joe back in 2005ish when I had opened up my fitness studio (Goality Fitness Club) in Itasca on Irving Park Rd and route 53. Joe was the local chiropractor down the street...

We got to know each other and became friends... Soon we worked together as teammate with Juice Plus+.

This photo was taken in Memphis, TN on Beal Street. It was my first time there and I forget if it was Joe's first time there too...

I remember how Joe was into good tasting food and would try almost anything. One time, there was a restaurant we went to down in Mississippi and they had frog legs on the menu. He did not hesitate to order them... I knew he was a special person but I did not know this special...

Anyhow, over the years, we continued to support each other and we became close friends.

I will miss his caring attitude towards others and the smart conversation we would have about business and life.

You will be missed... I already miss you...
RIP

Renee we are very sorry to hear about your husband Joe. My family and I will be keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. May Joe rest in Peace.

Love,

Doctor Joe was there when the Itasca Boy Scouts needed help. He acted as Charter Organization Representative for the Lions Club when they decided to add Scouting to their legacy of service to Itasca. We will honor your memory, Joseph, with our ongoing work through Scouts BSA in our Pack 409 and Troop 409 activities.
Joe. I will miss our bike rides and great conversation. I am sure we solved all the world's problems at least once. Miss you.

I will miss you Joe. You accepted me eagerly in my Itasca residency and welcomed me into the Lions of Itasca. Most of all, you, your son and wife were there for my son Alec when he needed comforting dealing with the passing of his mom. I wish I can return the love you offered to my family. Renee, Joey and Elizabeth, You have my deepest condolences and there is anything I can help with call me or let Alec know. My mind is celebrating the good times with this man. That is what I will keep forever.

Renee, Elizabeth and Joey, my heart breaks for you. I will miss my Brother, Joe. Joe got me involved in Itasca Lions, and initiated a great, late in life friendship between our 2 Mothers, that meant much to them both. He was a caring and patient Doctor. I can remember coming to him bent over and barely able to walk. Joe spent over 2 hours with me, helping me back on my feet. Rest in peace my Brother.
Gary & Mary Jo Jacobsen - Our family will keep you in our thoughts and say prayers for Joe to our Lord during this difficult time. Wishing your family our deepest sympathies.
Renee, Elizabeth, and Joe, our hearts are breaking for you. Words are not enough to express our sadness for your loss, especially during these crazy times. Joe was such a kind soul, always ready with a smile and a genuine concern for others. We are all blessed to have known him. Please know that Bob and I are sending you hugs, and pray that you feel God's loving embrace as you go through this difficult time.
Renee, Elizabeth & Joey are deepest sympathy. We had so much fun going out with the I team and Joe was the one that started that, if he hadn’t “pushed” us we would have missed out on getting more cultural & just having a darn good time! We will miss him & all his stories. Jeff loved the weekend he spent in NY with him.
