Joseph Anthony Riggio the III, "Dr. Joe", 61 of Itasca, passed away at home surrounded by family on April 4, 2020.

Born August 4, 1958 in Brooklyn, New York, Joe was the son of Joe and Josephine Riggio. Dr. Joe loved being a chiropractor and was an amazing healer and teacher. Joe was well loved in his community of Itasca. He was an active member of the Lions Club and he served on the Itasca Police Commission Board for many years. Joe had many friends and will truly be missed!

Survivors include his devoted wife, Renee Riggio; beloved children, Elizabeth and Joey; treasured brother to Barbara Riggio; brother in law, uncle, and friend to many.

Joseph is preceded in death by his parents.

We will honor Joe’s life at a later date when it is safe for everyone to gather. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe’s memory can be made to The Itasca Lions or Overshadowed Theater Productions.
