Joseph Ovid Lizotte, 83, of Skowhegan, ME. Passed away at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME., with his son and daughter-in-law at his side on June 19, 2022.
Joe was born on May 28, 1939 in Caribou, ME to Narcisse and Lorette Marie (Roy) Lizotte.
Joe graduated from Waterville High School in 1957. He joined the U.S. Army in 1957 and served until 1960. He also graduated from University of Maine in …
