Joe was the first born to Joseph F. & Lena M. (Smith) Kertanis. He arrived on August 25th 1956 at Waltham Hospital, Waltham MA. Joe was raised in Maynard, MA until 1971 when the family moved to Hampton, NH. He graduated from Winnacunnet High School in Hampton, NH with the class of ’74. He was a …
